1. Encouraging Play with Galoop Classes
Galoop is a warm, welcoming space children ages 6 months-4 years and their caregivers to attend classes where growth, play, and learning happen together. They are truly a unique program, with flexible schedules, diverse education and enrichment activities, bilingual story-times, and childhood development expert-backed care. They came to me because their website experience did not truly convey their holistic experience and playful attitude.

2. Wix Website Design for Early Education
After discussing with their founder, Cecilia Matson, we identified a few focus targets for the refresh:
- Make the website more fun– Their old website was pretty minimalistic, making it okay for a corporate environment, but not for a children’s space. We needed to bring in a more interesting typography, colorful page layouts, and some playful touches.
- Streamline the user experience– the main users for the Galoop website is busy parents booking on their phone, but the signup process was not intuitive. There were also some necessary functional improvements to improve readability and ensure the site was fully accessible.
- Improve their page rank– while they knew some SEO basics, they needed some help adding analytics tools and implementing better SEO practices.
3. Icon Set + Social Graphics
This website would not have been complete without a custom illustrated icon pack. Inspired by the graphic style of their logo’s jumping frog, I designed a set of 40+ icons to use on their website and social media. I also set up a suite of easy-to-use Canva templates for future program announcements, activity spotlights, and testimonials.
