Aerial Vantage is an innovative drone analytics startup that emerged as a spin-off from Mosaic ATM in 2021. Their mission is to revolutionize large-scale geospatial data collection and analytics through drone surveys. With a vision towards rapid time-to-value, Aerial Vantage aims to harness the power of drones to facilitate improved production, maintenance, and surveillance methods. As the lead designer at Aerial Vantage, I played a pivotal role in shaping the drone data service visual identity and online presence that propel their innovative vision.

2. Drone Data Service Visual Identity
As a fledgling start-up, Aerial Vantage needed to distinguish itself and it’s unique offerings. As their lead designer, my first mission was to create a logo and brand identity that captured the essence of their multidimensional services. Inspired by a pod of drones in flight, the overlapping drone forms also represent the seamless overlap between their services, each contributing to the overarching goal of revolutionizing agricultural practices through aerial insights.
3. Website Launch
Beyond the brand identity, I embarked on a comprehensive journey to establish Aerial Vantage’s digital footprint. From designing to launching and maintaining their official website, I was committed to ensuring a seamless user experience. I directed page layouts with precision, ensuring that visitors could effortlessly navigate the site to find the information they sought. Regular content updates kept the audience informed about the latest developments, while custom imagery provided an authentic window into Aerial Vantage’s pioneering work.

4. Marketing Support
In addition to branding and web design, I extended my creative expertise to support Aerial Vantage’s marketing endeavors. Collaborating closely with Aerial Vantage’s CEO and Board Chairperson, I played a crucial role in crafting visually impactful pitch decks that succinctly communicated the company’s vision and services. Additionally, I transformed complex concepts into visually engaging solution sheets, facilitating clearer communication with potential clients. On the direct marketing side, my digital ad designs contributed to successful ad campaigns returning over 100k clicks over their launch year.
5. Ad-Hoc Support
I also assisted with various other visual collateral, including banners used for conference booths, branding for their drone fleet and technical station, and UI consulting for their software product Accelerate.
